A National Heritage Area (NHA) is a federally-designated region that has made a special contribution to American history and culture. The designation is more than symbolic – it can bring up to $1 million in federal funds a year to the NHA, and much more in economic activity. NNJCF and its partners believe that North Jersey deserves that recognition, and we are working to make it happen.
