Montclair Bridge Fund
The Montclair Bridge Fund brings neighbors together to keep classrooms thriving and protect the socioeconomic diversity that makes Montclair home. We came together to respond to the current affordability and education crisis.
Our goal is to raise $570,000 to support at least 500 residents navigating affordability and/or education challenges.

Grants Awarded
In its first round of grantmaking in 2026, The Montclair Bridge Fund awarded $20,000 to three local nonprofits working to address housing affordability and educational opportunity in the community.
A $10,000 grant to Montclair Helps will provide emergency financial assistance to households facing housing instability and economic hardship. The Montclair Fund for Educational Excellence received $5,000 to launch a multi-year math proficiency program for economically disadvantaged elementary students. The last grant of $5,000 was awarded to IMANI to provide SAT preparation scholarships for Montclair High School students after district budget cuts eliminated previous funding.
These grants reflect the Montclair Bridge Fund’s commitment to strengthening the community by investing in both housing stability and educational success. Support its work with a donation today.
